Can I pick up at the store?

Absolutely, please see our local pickup page.

If you're out of a certain product, can you do a special order for me?

Yes we can, please let us know the item and quantity.

How long will special orders take?

Due to Covid, shipping from suppliers have been longer and can be unpredictable.

How do I take care of my jewelry?

To prolong life of your plated jewelry, avoid wearing it while sleeping exercising, bathing, and in pool/spa. It's best to avoid contact with water and lotions. To store your piece, place it in an airtight baggie to prevent it from oxidizing. 

Is everything online in store for me to see physically?

If the site says they are in stock, then they should be in the store.

Do you have gift certificates?

You bet, simply see our gift certificate page.

Do you gift wrap?
If possible, we do wrap items for gifts in our white/pink wrapping paper and bagged. 

Can you do custom floral?

Yes, please come in Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday to meet our florist for all your custom floral needs
